Sanding line operator training - Maintenance management

Initial training ensures the correct use of the machine, good quality of surface treatment, prevents damage to the machine by the user and ensures that the warranty is maintained. We go through the operator's operations and maintenance of the more frequent aspects of the attention. The training consists of a part of theory, knowledge control, practical line-up and performance control on the sanding line.

Technical training is intended only for technical staff and in practice we perform all operations if necessary. We are compulsorily practicing the basic machine setup.

The master class of Sanding is for the advanced persons in Sanding. Necessary for some of the best operators, quality manager or technologist in the area and for technical staff.

Initial training of the Sanding line operator

Max 6 people at a time. Lasts 3 days. Of this, four to six hours is academic. And all other is the practice on line. Accommodation and transport costs may be added.

Master class of Sanding

Lasts 3 days and is related to practice. Gives the skill of everything to sand at the top quality level. And recognize the machine's side faults in this process. Accommodation and transport costs may be added.

Technical training

It's going to take a couple of weeks, the second week right on the line. You can include your technical staff in the operations of the first week. But we can also perform our own MP, HK and WO production for you. Accommodation and transport costs may be added.
